Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of SeatNab (seatnab.com), operated by Ajax Dev ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
1. What SeatNab is
SeatNab is a price-comparison and discovery tool for live-event tickets. We aggregate event and pricing information from third-party ticketing marketplaces and link you to those sellers. We are not a ticket seller. We do not issue, sell, hold, deliver, or guarantee tickets, and we are not a party to any transaction between you and a marketplace.
2. Prices and availability are indicative
Ticket prices and availability change constantly. Information shown on SeatNab may be delayed, cached, or inaccurate, and may differ from the seller's site at checkout (including added fees). Always verify the final price, seat details, and terms on the seller's site before purchasing. We make no guarantee that any listing, price, or discount shown will be available.
3. Purchases happen on third-party sites
When you choose to buy, you leave SeatNab and complete your purchase on the marketplace's website, governed by that marketplace's terms and policies (including delivery, refunds, and guarantees). Any dispute about a ticket, order, refund, or entry is between you and that marketplace.
4. Affiliate disclosure
SeatNab participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you purchase through links on the Service, at no additional cost to you. This does not influence which deals we display or how we rank them.
5. Acceptable use
- Use the Service only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes
- Don't scrape, copy, or resell our data, or attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service
- Don't use the Service to commit fraud or to violate any marketplace's terms
6. Alerts
Price-drop alerts are provided on a best-effort basis. We don't guarantee that alerts will be timely, delivered, or that a price will still be available when you act on one.
7. Intellectual property
The SeatNab name, design, and software are owned by Ajax Dev. Event, venue, and pricing data belong to their respective owners and marketplaces and are shown for informational purposes.
8. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY OF INFORMATION.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AJAX DEV WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY PURCHASE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100.
10. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
