This Privacy Policy explains how SeatNab, operated by Ajax Dev ("we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects information when you use seatnab.com (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Information you provide. When you create a price-drop watch or alert, we collect the email address and search criteria (event, city, target price/discount) you submit.
• Usage information. Standard technical data such as pages viewed, searches run, approximate location, browser type, and timestamps, used to operate and improve the Service.
• Cookies and similar technologies. We use only the cookies necessary to run the Service and, where applicable, to attribute referrals to ticket marketplaces (see "Affiliate links" below).

How we use information

• To run the Service — show deals, comparisons, and send the price-drop alerts you request
• To improve features, relevance, and performance
• To detect, prevent, and address abuse, fraud, or technical issues
• To comply with legal obligations

Affiliate links

SeatNab participates in affiliate programs with ticket marketplaces (for example, Ticketmaster, Ticket Evolution, and SeatGeek). When you click through and purchase, the marketplace may set cookies and we may receive a commission. Your purchase is completed on the marketplace's site and is subject to their privacy policy and terms. We do not receive your payment-card details.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: (a) service providers who operate our infrastructure (e.g., hosting, email/notification delivery) under confidentiality obligations; (b) ticket marketplaces, limited to the referral/attribution needed to credit a purchase; and (c) authorities where required by law.

Data retention

We keep your watch/alert data while your watch is active and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete or anonymize it. You can remove a watch at any time, which stops associated alerts.

Your choices and rights

• Delete any price-watch to stop its alerts
• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us
• Depending on your location (including Virginia and other U.S. states), you may have additional rights over your data, which we honor on verified request

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice where appropriate.
